Direct marking of leather and skin

Many leather processing companies have to mark animal skin on the back – e.g. for a clear identification of the leather and color qualities. The leather interior of high-quality vehicles makes it even more demanding! Which yarn was used for sewing the airbags? Which machine was used, in which shift?  This kind of information can be encoded as 2D code and be printed permanently – contact-free and in high resolution and quality.
