Code verification systems for standard-compliant quality assurance in industrial coding and marking
REA VERIFIER code inspection systems are used for the precise quality assessment of 1D Barcodes, 2D-Matrix-Codes and stacked or combined (composite) codes in accordance with the ISO/IEC 15415, ISO/IEC 15416 and ISO/IEC 29158 (AIM DPM) standards. In addition to the visual inspection of print quality and readability, the systems also check the data structure if codes contain standardized information in accordance with ISO/IEC 15459-x, ISO/IEC 15418, ISO/IEC 15434, ANSI MH10.8.2, the GS1 General Specifications or GS1 Digital Link.
Through objective, reproducible measurements, the systems provide reliable results on code quality and support the optimization of printing processes.
