- Install, commission, and maintain industrial marking & coding machines.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Provide technical training and support to customers.
- Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Experience in field service, maintenance, or industrial equipment.
- Good command of English.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE.
